A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Polish speaking recruitment administrator / Candidate Resourcer to join our established and expanding Industrial department.
Responsibilities include:
Acting as first point of contact for candidates always ensuring a professional representation of Southwest Recruitment.
Effective advertising including updating 5 major online jobsites daily and placing adverts in local press
Sourcing, interviewing and filtering Temporary Industrial staff
Ensuring candidates are provided with all necessary paperwork including application forms and job specifications
Ensuring candidates are compliant with regulating bodies and the correct completion of relevant paperwork.
Ensuring all administration is done in accurately and in a timely manner including updating internal systems and external portals
Ensuring internal records are updated daily
Ad-hoc requests from Branch Manager and clients alike
