We are recruiting for a Trainee Onsite Co-ordinator that will be based onsite with our client in Bognor Regis, West Sussex, and will assist with managing the day-to-day activities of our team of agency staff in an industrial environment. You will report to the Account Manager based onsite.
Duties include:
Checking attendance at shift start and calling workers on a day off in the event of absences or arranging existing workers to stay behind for overtime (where required)
Assisting to train new starters and ensuring that workers are meeting the standards expected by the client etc.
Full training will be provided for you, and you will be supported by the Account Manager and the rest of the Onsite team.
Requirements:
You must have good conversational English and must be computer literate. An understanding of Polish would be an advantage but not essential.
Previous experience leading a group or managing people in a work environment on any scale would be beneficial, but is not essential if you are confident that you can learn to manage people effectively
Must be willing to work flexible hours and shift patterns which may include working weekends
Must have your own reliable transport or live within walking/cycling distance of Pagham, Bognor Regis PO21 3EQ. Please dont apply otherwise unless you can relocate on short notice as we are looking for an immediate starter.
