Learning Centre Assistant at Southampton City College
13,234 - 17,326 (pro-rata)
15.5 hours per week (preferably 10am-2pm over 4 days a week, but there can be flexibility around this)
We are looking for a Learning Resource Assistant to assist in providing excellent Learning Resource Centre Service to all Learners, staff and visitors. The successful candidate will have proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, have experience of dealing with difficult situations and possess excellent organisational skills.
The successful candidate will possess an ECDL qualification or equivalent, or have a willingness to work towards. Experience of working in a library or a learning environment is desirable.
