Key Responsibilities
Candidate Resourcing & Management
Proactively source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen CVs, conduct telephone interviews, and assess suitability for vacancies.
Maintain regular contact with candidates to build strong professional relationships.
Manage the candidate database, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
Support to Consultants & Team
Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand role requirements and sourcing strategy.
Prepare and post engaging job adverts across multiple platforms.
Shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews or site placements.
Provide administrative support, including compliance checks, right-to-work documentation, and onboarding tasks.
Client Interaction
Assist in managing client enquiries where required.
Learn to understand client needs and industry demands to support effective resourcing.
Maintain a professional and positive representation of FBR Recruitment to all external stakeholders.
General Responsibilities
Work towards weekly and monthly activity targets.
Contribute to a positive team culture and support collaborative goals.
Uphold FBR Recruitment’s values, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
Requirements
Essential
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Confident using computers, systems, and online sourcing platforms.
Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
Desirable
Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a customer-facing role.
Knowledge of the construction or built-environment sectors.
Experience writing job adverts and managing candidate pipelines.
