As of the new opening of a factory at the outskirts of Southampton we are looking for following (start due in a week from 01/09/2026)
Assistant Cheesemakers, Permanent.
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:00 - 17:30
starting hourly pay - £14.50per/hour - £30.000p.a
Full training provided however must have food production experience
Job involves setting cookers, managing production, checking temperatures, monitoring baskets, operating all equipment.
Packing operatives, Temp to Perm
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 10:00 - 19:30 - TBC
starting hourly pay - £12.71per/hour for a first 6 weeks
Full training provided however must have food production experience
Job involves loading packing machines with sticks, replacing films, completing checks, filling outer boxes, operating equipment safely
Cleaning & Hygiene Operatives / Packing Operatives (Hybrid Roles) - Permanent.
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 12:30 - 22:00
starting hourly pay - £13.50per/hour
Full training provided however must have cleaning experience
Job involves clean following production days, removing waste, wash done, rebuild equipment ready for morning production.
