We currently have an opening in our company for a On-site Recruitment Coordinator in Tangmere (near Chichester), job details & package are as follows:


Overall responsibility:

Responsible for helping to run the complete on-site operation.
achieve agreed targets.
Develop the existing business.
Build relationships with the client at all levels and candidates.
To manage recruitment registration process, including right to work checks.
Provide the highest levels of support and information to managers.
To coordinate specific initiatives and projects relating to the on-going promotion of jobs and careers within Cityfield Recruitment.
Accountabilities:

Maintain the Applicant Tracking System to ensure all data is current and accurate.
Support the recruitment process.
Providing line managers with candidate information as required.
Manage the collection and storage of all role specifications, candidate applications and interview notes.
Set up and monitor training and induction sessions as required for all new starters.
Work with second tier supplier, managing all communications relating to candidates and escalating any issues/challenges to manager.
Meet with relevant managers to initiate recruitment activity or update on current live activities.
Essential Criteria:

Significant On-Site recruitment experience supporting high volume recruitment.
A demonstrable track record of success in supporting recruitment programmes over a 6-12 month period.
Knowledge and experience of recruiting for multiple job disciplines.
Able to show knowledge of a variety of sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, Networking, recruitment advertising, web tools, etc).
Experience in collating, maintaining and delivering recruitment Management Information (MI) on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Can apply influencing skills to build relationships with key internal Managers as well as Cityfield candidates to achieve positive outcomes.
Strong awareness of UK employment law, agency regulations and the Gangmasters Licensing Authority (GLA).

Full-Time Permanent
Qualifications:

Ability to use IT applications to a competent standard, such Outlook, Excel, Word and generic recruitment software packages
Strong sense of customer service
Good organisational skills
Fluent English language & Literacy
Fluent Polish, Lithuanian, Latvian, Russian language
Driving Licence
Supervisory experience
Package:

Basic salary - £18,000 - £20,000 pa (depending on experience)

Standard hours - 39 hours per week Mon - Fri

Company mobile phone.

23 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays.

After 6 months - £600 employers contribution to stakeholder pension scheme
